They have placed numerous candidates for the Christopher's Group at various levels and have rarely disappointed. We required a skilled hospitality sourcing consultant to totally overhaul Tamarinds’ and Imlis’ suppliers and prices, to consolidate our volume and identify cost savings. At the very least we were seeking confirmation that our purchasing practices were efficient. Our expectations were exceeded as Unitas identified many consolidated savings.

Unitas identified savings in all categories from meat, fish and milk to light bulbs. These savings provided a weighted average of 14% across all spends reviewed - with some categories identifying more than 32% in savings. Importantly, Unitas’ were not recommending "cheap and nasty" products at the expense of service and quality.
